Electricity and the Gaza strip.
Did you know that Israel and Egypt provide Gaza with 50% of the electricity they use? Or that the Palestinian Authority (PA) who governs in Judea, usually pays Israel from tax revenues to supply the rest, but who for the last year or 2 has withheld payments, like a sanction, in order to force Hamas to negotiate a unification with the PA?
To help fill the gap, engineering students are creating more electricity to support the people of Gaza with a new wave powered electricity generation system.
