Eat The Elephant
I was reading a post and it has written a very good thing about the workload management. What it said is that, elephant is so big you cannot it all at once. Now if you have to eat it, you have to cut it down in smaller pieces which you can eat every single day. And at say 1 year or 2 years you can completely eat the elephant. This is just a analogy, no one eats elephant I guess.

Now same thing can be applied for workload management too. Say you have to build a website, you cannot build it all at once right. You brake it down to smaller tasks and complete them one by one and then your whole website gets completed. Similarly if you have to study a 100 pages book, you will start studying one page a day and then in 100 days whole book will be completed.
So in simple terms we have to reduce the bigger tasks into smaller tasks so that it can be achievable. In software terms we call it agile methodology. In agile we try to break the big projects into smaller milestones and then that milestone is again divided into sprint. The sprint can be of 1 week ot 2 weeks and then we try to complete the work in that week and give a demo. So basically the whole project is broken down and their is weekly progress to show.
And this can happen in any particular of your life. We see ant task is too big or too long. It will be, we just have to brake it down in smaller tasks which can be completed every week. It's like a compounding, you invest small money every month and after years you see a huge wealth created.
