My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2024
It had been raining since yesterday evening until early morning, but thankfully it stopped around 7 am. I took a sip of my coffee, put on my sweater, and decided to get my bike.
As my legs exerted force on the pedals, I felt the cold mist on my skin. It was already 7:30 am, but the rays of the sun couldn’t be seen or felt. This kind of weather is perfect for this kind of activity—cloudy and windy.
I paused for a moment to capture this photo. My camera was able to capture the slight trace of fog, which made this photo a little eerie. 😅
I biked around our residence, and it took me almost an hour. When my legs felt sore, I decided to go back home. I had a good sweat and felt great afterward!
