Con esta rutina, llevando un buen control, realizando los ejercicios de manera estricta, y concientizando cada elemento, podremos lograr excelentes resultados. No solo ganaremos musculo, tambien desarrollaremos fuerza, para luego poder realizar ejercicios más complejos. Sin mas que decir, vamos con la rutina.
