Customers are not always right

For me as a pure Igbo girl customer are always right we don't joke with our customers once it dues with money.

Most times customer can insult you as the seller but you will ignore just because you need that their money will be dancing to the tune of the customer just to get the money from them.

Most times some customers take advantage of this word that customers are right to humility and tolerate people.

We are have our various experience with our customers some are pleasant will some are unpleasant. Below is my own experience about a customer who always claim to be right.

One day in my boss shop we're i was a sales personal a young man who into the shop.we sell phone and phone accessories he price almost all the phone in the shop at first my spirit didn't accept the man but i have no choice than to sell and make money for my boss. Finally the man pick phone and left i explain to him that the phone he pick is not original that the phone is chain he replied me in a harsh voice how is it my business.

Few weeks pass and the return to our shop make notice that i didn't sell good product to him before i will open my mouth to say a word or defend myself the man give me a hot slap and i started shedding tears their was a lot of crowd in our shop that day to cut the story short the only that save me that day was the play the CCTV in my shop and people saw then i told him to drop the phone but he insist on buying that one.

The beat the living hell out of that most times customer are not always right. my mother will always tell me just act as a fool to get money from your customer whether the are right now wrong
