Fast aperitif
If you have little time and want to prepare an aperitif for you and your friends, there are a thousand solutions.
What I present is perhaps the most economical.
They are crab crostini with tomato, a slice of Parmigiano Reggiano, gherkins and mayonnaise. With a good IPA beer they are fantastic !!
