Felt good on the run up untill the last lap where I started so slow and fatigue. I done better than I expected with the few days in London eating burgers and the week off running entirely. Feels good to be back

About the Athlete: I already use the strava2hive service but recently made myself a new strava as I have now involved myself into a small running community and wanted a fresh start plus my old email was outdated and i am in the process of getting rid of it
