Macadamia & Coconut Macaroons
❌1 cup desiccated coconut
❌1/4 cup Natvia
❌1/4 cup macadamias, unsalted, chopped
❌2 free-range eggs, whisked
Preheat oven to 160C.
Line a baking tray.
Combine coconut, Natvia, and macadamias.
Add eggs and mix until ingredients come together well.
Shape mixture into 12 balls and place on baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes until macaroons are golden.
2 macaroons make 1 serve.
