The confusing part is that the people we expect so much from are often the ones who betray us, while those we never imagined would become important in our lives end up becoming our best friends and lifelong companions.

I have come across many people in my short time on earth, and they have left me with different memories. Some brought pain, while others gave me memories I never want to let go of.

First impressions don't always matter because most of the people who became very close to me didn't start off on a good note. In fact, it was war at the beginning, a lot of arguments and insults. Yet, God has a way of doing things, and we ended up becoming best buddies.

One such experience was with my best friend back in 2011. The first time we saw each other, we ignored one another even though we were neighbours. As time went on, we kept seeing each other, but we never spoke. To me, he seemed like someone who was full of himself, and I never thought we could become friends.

Then one situation brought us together. We were playing a game, and he didn't have enough money to pay. I rescued him from the looming embarrassment, and that was how our friendship began. Later on, he also helped me greatly in many ways.

Sometimes, the people who will do wonderful things in our lives appear as people we never imagined we could even talk to at first.
