MCGI Topic Review // Are We Financially Responsible To Other People?
We have to be reminded that Christianity is not just a confession of faith, but by living a life of obedience expressed through the compassion.
We can't connect the words of Christ, the law, to give it to Israel. They are all of apostles into one consistency. Giving and lending to needy is not optional. It is a spiritual obligation.
Jesus has commanded us to give, to lend and to even do good to our enemies. This implies the very character of God and which is kind to the ungrateful and the evil. The challenge in Christianity is that religion is conditional.
Brother Eli points are that when we feel to help, when we are able to expose multiple issues, not like a home in the boat.
The lack of God's love joining us, so the scriptures are cited as a very important one. If we truly owe our lives to God, then we must all extend our need to those that are in need. This teaching is for us as believers to examine not just what we believe but how we live.
Hallelujah.
