What's up Steemit! Brett coming at you again with another video. In today's video I talk about What Not To Do when it comes to holding title in real estate for your primary residence.

This was an experience I had a couple years back that was really frustrating and cost me more money that it should have. It also, put me in a position to possibly have to pay thousands in taxes that I wouldn't have been required to otherwise.
