Soil therapy has many advantages. With its help, it helps in curing many diseases like body heat, headache, indigestion, high BP. If you have a headache, apply mud on the forehead by mixing soil with water. Let it sit for about half an hour, it will give you instant relief in headache.

If you have problems of indigestion or constipation, apply mud pack on the stomach. Let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Your stomach related problems will go away with frequent use. It is said that Mahatma Gandhi also used to resort to mud therapy to keep his stomach fit.
