Homemade Delicious Potato Smileys

Ingredients

• Three large sized boiled potatoes

• Salt

• Four to five tablespoons cornflour or arrowroot

• Oil

Method

To make potato smiley, first peel the potatoes and grate them. Now mash it a little and then add salt and cornflour to it and mix it well. If the potato mixture starts sticking in the hands, apply a little oil in your hands and then mix this mixture well.

Now take a plastic, put potato mixture in it and apply a little oil on it. Now apply some oil in the rolling pin and roll it. Now put a little cornflour in a small bowl or cookie cutter and cut the potato mixture. Your potato pancake is ready.

Now it's time to give it a smiley look. For this, prepare both smiley's eyes with the help of a stow. Now make a backside of a knife or a spoon for the smiley. Likewise prepare all the smiley.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Pour potato smiley on medium flame and roast it by turning. When it is all golden. So place tissue paper in a plate and take out the prepared smiley in this plate.
