But here’s the truth: saying you’re sorry, especially when you’re at fault, is a sign of emotional intelligence. It shows you’re human, it shows you feel, you care, and you know how you’d like to be treated too.

So before you throw that line around, ask yourself:
Would I take it from someone else?
Is this truly strength, or am I just covering up a weakness?

Real strength is in the courage to say ‘I was wrong, I'm sorry’.
