What is the difference between these two sentences?

A. Victor has worked as an engineer for two years.

B. Victor has been working as an engineer for two years.

First, it is important to identify that Sentence A is in the present perfect tense, which means that Victor has worked as an engineer for two years.

Not just that, he may still be working there or may no longer be working there, depending on the context of the discussion at the time.

On the other hand, Sentence B is in the present perfect continuous tense which indicates that Victor has been working as an engineer for two years and he's still working.
