CVC.. Will I Bite?

With all the hype around all the forks and chain births of Ico projects. I find it really hard to keep up.
So this post is short with some punch. I have made a short list for evaluating existing coins.

a kind of checklist to see if I would invest in the project or not.

I would first and foremost go to https://coinmarketcap.com/
There I would look at.

  1. Is the website still up?
  2. I would read the announcement and then start looking how far they have come along since posting the announcement.
  3. Where is this coin trading and what is the trading volume.
  4. When was the last time they made social posts and what was the nature of the post.

I think of all the points this one is prob the most important. When I started collecting coins I just grabbed coins. Now its time to start looking at which ones are still alive and who to make the most of them.

If the coin scores less than 5/5 I pass it by. !

Lets take CVC as an example.
Rank 56 Token.

Woa. It's trading on so many exchanges and volume is not enormous but its not flat. There seems to be sustainable movement.

Social accounts seem quite busy and with good news

as for the source, I tried Git. didn't find anything. so it might be safe to say this is a private venture. I tried finding source. But could not seem to find anything.

So. For me. This is a deal breaker. this is not the type of instrument I would invest in. Unless I can manage to find a source, but if it's closed, then Im not all that interested.
