Baked tomatoes
A hit of hits, I baked tomatoes with vegetable paste stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and cranberries, I added tofu and tofu pesto. : D
Can mix it even more? So for dinner, tomato and tofu! Good if it wasn't just that, I baked sweet potatoes. And to use what was left from yesterday, the pans were filled with pasta with lentils, tomatoes and peppers again.
Do you like such mixtures or do you eat more toned down? Sometimes it suits me and it tastes good.

Hit hitów, zapiekłam pomidory z nadzieniem pasty warzywnej z suszonych pomidorów i żurawiny, do tego dodałam tofu, i pesto z tofu. :D
Czy można jeszcze bardziej to zmiksować? Czyli na obiad pomidor i tofu!
Dobra żeby nie było tylko to zapiekłam bataty.
A żeby wykorzystać to co zostało po wczoraj na patelnie wszedł makaron z soczeiwcy, ponownie pomidory i papryka.
Lubicie takie mieszanki, czy jecie bardziej stonowanie?
Mi czasami to odpowiada, i bardzo smakuje.
