Gomboce

Today I made some delicious plum dumplings which we in Serbia called "Gomboce" or "knedle sa šljivama". I bought them frozen, simply boiled them for 15 minutes, then rolled them in toasted breadcrumbs and sugar for that perfect, crunchy finish. They turned out amazing – a classic, comforting dessert! Goes perfect with Turkish coffee. 🤗
