STRENGTH TRAINING
Today was kind of dull.
It has been raining all day.
I was only able to do my strength exercise and no skipping today. I was really looking forward to this evening skipping while hoping for the weather to clear out.
This is a summary of every workout done today.
Started out with full body workout this morning
Then I went into the abs, still from the morning workout
Beulah4real finished Abs workout. Then decided to do a little workout this evening.
I was able to end with my burpees challenge.
That's enough for one day.
Description; I Started with a full body workout and then went ahead to focus on my abs as today is abs and cardio day. I couldn't do the cardio part(skipping) due to the weather.
About the athlete: Newly inducted Medical Doctor and fitness enthusiast.
