INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour (700 g)
Eggs (2)
Cheese (400 g)
Hot water (200 ml)
INGREDIENTES
Harina de trigo (700 gr)
Huevo (2)
Queso (400 gr)
Agua caliente (200 ml)
PROCEDIMIENTO
The first step was to grate the cheese, then in a bowl I added 700g of flour, an egg, mixed with the spatula and then added the water and since it was hot I mixed with the help of a spatula, until I integrated and obtained a smooth dough.
PROCEDURE
Next, I let the dough rest for 30 minutes. I then took it to the work surface, sprinkled it with flour, and divided it into portions.
With the help of a rolling pin, I stretched each portion of dough and to achieve the triangular shape of the dough I used a mold, then I cut the dough to assemble the cachitos.
I added the cheese, then rolled the dough into a tube shape and that's how the cachito is formed, I closed the ends and placed it on a tray.
To add a little color and shine, I beat an egg and with the help of a brush I covered the top part of the little horns.
I put the tray in the oven preheated to 180°C degrees Celsius, let it cook for 20 minutes, then I removed it and let it cool.
With this amount of ingredients I obtained 15 cachitos, they can be accompanied with juice or chocolate and enjoyed deliciously.
