Today's Blender creation is a hatch or the rear entrance to a Spaceship.

Break down:
Creating the Hall way to the hatch.
A tile was made using mesh then solidify and then bevel.
It is arrayed to achieve the tiled floor and roof look.
Colors and lighting is applied.
A Sci fi hand rail was made using mesh and loop cuts.
Added props on the other side and gave it an emission shade color.
