Planet Rion The Beginning : Blender Render

Good day everyone,

Today I modeled a landscape on Blender and with the help of HDR and image textures was able to give it a new planet feel.

The Landscape was modeled with the help of landscape creator in blender, I adjust some parameters till I got a nice looking feel.

With these settings on the shader I was able to map an HDR. Free HDRs are available on HDRIhaven.com.

With the help of the image texture node I set up the landscape texture and colors. Using bump and map nodes I was also able to set up the slight projections on the Landscape.

After I managed to set it up , this was the look.

I was able to get this free spaceship model from CG Trader.com and I had to set up the color and effects as it was just a blank model.

I modeled a simple watch tower. Something that can watch over the explorers and alert them in case of any danger.
