Off to the Next Location.
After escaping emerging reinforcements through a tunnel, I discovered and freed a captured guerrilla by executing a swift machete strike. I then drove away in a vehicle provided by Juan, and accidentally bumped into a civilian.
The mission in this sector was finally over because the commander was dead. However, the chaos was far from over. I immediately noticed the arrivals of new reinforcements who had completely messed up my previous attempt.
There was an open area ahead, but with the enemy on alert, I had to move carefully. I whispered to myself that this was a private day for them to burn, and I intended to make them regret holding this position.
Just as I thought I had a clear path, another wave of reinforcements showed up. They seemed to be everywhere, pushing me to find a quick alternative.
I decided to retreat and managed to find a hidden tunnel, which allowed me to bypass the main hostile forces and slide away safely to the other side. I knew I was done with this specific area, but the reinforcements kept coming from places I could not even identify.
I found a guerilla member with a horse there who was this close to the perimeter but didn't come to help me so I just put a bullet through his skull and took his horse.
As I moved along the outskirts, I spotted a guerrilla member who was captured by a vanguard. The captive was screaming for help, but the vanguard showed absolutely no mercy.
I crept up stealthily, aiming to try a machete kill. With a sudden burst of movement, I drove the blade forward and successfully executed the vanguard. It was highly satisfying to know that a machete kill worked perfectly fine on him.
With the threat eliminated, I freed the guerrilla member and called for a ride. Juan had provided me with an excellent option for extraction, and the vehicle arrived promptly.
The car came equipped with a mounted gun, which gave me a significant advantage. A lone soldier tried to block my path, but the gunner took care of him instantly.
I kept driving toward the next destination, but in the middle of the confusion, I accidentally bumped into a civilian on a bike, though it was completely unintentional. And it looked like it became an accidental crime scene right away.
How about we continue in another post?
