Lining Up the Perfect Shot.

I noticed the guards moving faster, knowing my presence. I shot Commandant Rosario, but her helmet protected her temporarily before she fell. After taking down another soldier, I hid in the basement, used photo mode to scout, and fought the vanguard in a fierce battle where he ultimately defeated me.

All of them moved much faster then than they did before. I guessed it was because they finally knew I was inside their facility. This time, I decided I would not let Rosario leave the area alive, even if it meant taking a bullet to get the job done.

I stayed low and waited for the perfect window of opportunity to present itself. When she finally stepped into my line of sight, I did not hesitate. I pulled the trigger and shot her, but she wore a sturdy combat helmet, so she did not go down right away like the others.

I quickly fired again to finish the job, and she finally fell to the ground and died.

Almost immediately, another soldier rushed toward me to take care of me, but I was fully prepared. I reacted quickly and took care of him instead, dropping him before he could fire a single shot.

With the alarm raised, the elite vanguard started looking for me along with several more soldiers. To buy myself some time, I retreated down into the basement area to regroup and plan my next move.

While I hid down there, I shot at them from the shadows to scare them away and keep them from rushing my position. It actually seemed like they were genuinely scared to come down.

All of them just went outside and took cover behind the deployable shields that the vanguard had placed in the courtyard. They refused to come inside the basement, and unfortunately, I did not have an alternative way to escape to the outside from where I was trapped.

After a tense standoff, they at last got the courage to come inside the bunker to flush me out. But I was completely ready for them, waiting with my gun pointed directly at the exit path. I decided to let them come to me.

One of them came down to me, and I quickly took care of him using my machete, though he actually fell to his death down the stairs.

I decided to use the photo mode to check on the rest of them. From my camera angle, I saw the vanguard and some other soldiers waiting outside for me.

Another soldier tried to climb down, but I shot him before he could land, leaving his body glitching in the environment.

I decided to let them come down one by one so I could have some fun. Suddenly, the vanguard himself decided to come down to face me. I opened fire, but he was incredibly tough. He overwhelmed me with heavy firepower, and he ultimately took me down.

It was a bad outcome because I did not expect the vanguard to actually come down into the basement himself. I almost drained most of his health, but he just would not go down because he was a really tough guy.

I resolved to try my move much more carefully next time, as I knew the perfect path to get inside the perimeter.
