CHICKENSHELP OFF-GRID

These are the meanest roosters in my flock. I dont know what to do with them. They forcefully mate with the hens. One even ripped out a bunch feathers. I get attacked by these @$$holes every time I go to feed them. Got a nice small hole in my leg now. I'm considering butchering but don't have the guts or know-how. I guess I could watch you tube videos on how to do it but I might have homicidal nightmares 😂😂😂😂 They also fight with every other chicken and my kids are scared of these two bastards. Any helpful advice no matter how blunt or humorous is greatly appreciated
Also I have no idea what breeds these mother cluckers are and don't know if breed plays a part in temperament. Yeah I'm a newb
