心态已经平静到随时都可以失业的状态了
上班已经上到出现刻板行为，每天机械性的按掉闹钟、逃避起床几分钟、爬起来洗漱、上班。
工作时间不断点开手机，没有新消息，也没有刷社交软件的需求，就是机械性的点亮手机、点开一个APP再关上，完全是无意识的做这些动作。
如果不上班，就是没有收入来源，好像也不会有其他方面变得更差了。
