This week I would like to share a marina with you. The name of the marina is "Namo Ghat". This marina is located on the banks of the Ganges River in Varanasi, India.
When our group reached the banks of the Ganges River, it started raining. We were a little wet but we went to the "Namoa Ghat". When we reached the marina, it stopped raining. There are many ghats on the banks of the Ganges River, but none are as famous as "Namo Ghat". "Namo Ghat" combines tradition and modernity. The most prominent feature of this ghat is the large statues in the shape of folded hands. The meaning of these folded hands is to express the cultural traditions of India, as well as to welcome visitors and offer prayers to the Buddha.
There is a children's playground, a food stall, and a library. It is clean and spacious, and you can also see the beautiful view of the Ganges River. It can be said to be a place to relax and unwind. Varanasi is full of ancient heritage. However, "Namo Ghat" is a place built in accordance with the times without damaging the ancient heritage.
There is also a large bridge on the right side of "Namo Ghat". The bridge is divided into an upper and lower side. The upper side is the road and the lower side is the railway. You can see many cars going by and trains going by frequently. This is a strange and beautiful sight for me.
It is a beautiful place where not only tourists but also locals come to relax. If you come to Varanasi, India, I recommend that you relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Ganges River while studying.
