Hello friends of Hive and members of Street Workout Community I hope everyone is doing well. For those who do not know me yet, My name is Angel Romero (
@angelrvzl). Today I share with you my personalized, simple and effective routine that has been very helpful, we must take into account that we all have different body types that react differently to each exercise routine.
Let's start with the routine!
The most important thing as a Pre-Workout is to give my body the nutrients it needs, in addition to a good warm-up or dynamic stretching to lubricate my joints and prepare for my training

I am adapting my body to be able to master the Straddle planche in negative as it looks good in a Combo at a competitive level and to continue progressing in the Planchas

The 15 - 25 pound red rubber band has become my best friend, it has allowed me to advance my static hold on my Planchas, improve my posture and remind me of the importance of inhaling and exhaling, more on this later

In this case I used the elastic band of 25 - 50 pounds of black color, it allows me to be able to make a more advanced plancha as the full planche, this allows me as previously I had commented, to adapt, to control and to have a better technique of my full planche
To complement my routine I perform seated military press with little weight, Pike push ups and triceps extension, basic exercises with great effectiveness in the medium and long term
It is always essential to breathe, inhale and exhale with the diaphragm for greater concentration, in addition to having control, when we hold our breath we tend to get dizzy or feel strange because of the pressure on the brain, having a controlled breathing will increase the control of the static and greater brain oxygenation
