The Water Cycle
Lurking at the end of my decomposing capillaries,
synapses dance towards duplicate memories.
"Even if you were to clone your original brain cells in the future, it would be impossible to recover something that was permanently lost at the moment of death."
Ideas flow down streams. They're dendritic dreams.
Concepts course grey rivers. Cognitive chatter.
"Awareness is an undeniable reality. At present, as you read these words, your eyes are perusing, and your mind is actively constructing comprehension and contextualizing the content, drawing upon memory."
Impulses rush down the mainstream stem.
Axons fire synaptic anthem.
"Numerous channels within the cell membrane, marking the division between a cell's interior and exterior, facilitate the movement of positive or negative ions in and out of the cell."
Rhythm of intent pulses in perception.
Synaptic drum dance of entropy.
"Humans produce diverse motor and brain rhythms that cover a spectrum of frequencies."
Ideas flow, concepts course, impulses rush,
synapses unfurl, the architecture of intent takes form.
