We're different, you and I
fake faces barely content
cloaked in darkness and in light
outstretched hands and tentative steps
nodes on the harmonic spectrum
mapping connections in the uneasiness
and you solid and serious matter
pattern of paperwork and auction
bake graves and miss chances
waves of burden and talk
pattern and disruption
reaching for little pieces of understanding
convergence of signs
neither reason nor absurdity
handing down creation to the dead
both inevitable and impossible
