The actor, heading an international cast, plays Cyrus Whitaker, leader of a criminal gang. After stealing a Van Gogh, he is forced to strike a deal with his ex-partner, Interpol agent Abby Gladwell (played by Gugu Mbatha.raw). The deal was to obtain amnesty if he steals a shipment of gold bullion belonging to Lars Jorgensen (played by Jean Reno), a terrorist investor. The goal is to prevent a deal with a group of cyber-terrorists called Leviathan.
