Querida niña que un día fui,

Dear girl, I went one day,

      Te escribo esta carta desde el futuro, para decirte que estoy orgullosa de ti. De tu valentía, de tu curiosidad, de tu alegría. De cómo te enfrentaste a los desafíos, de cómo aprendiste de los errores, de cómo creciste con los sueños.

I am writing this letter to you from the future, to tell you that I am proud of you. Of your courage, of your curiosity, of your joy. How you faced challenges, how you learned from mistakes, how you grew up with dreams.

      Sé que a veces te sentiste sola, triste, asustada. Sé que a veces te faltó el apoyo, el cariño, el respeto. Sé que a veces quisiste rendirte, escaparte, olvidarte. Pero no lo hiciste. Seguiste adelante, con fe, con esperanza, con amor.

I know that sometimes you felt lonely, sad, scared. I know that sometimes you lacked support, affection, respect. I know that sometimes you wanted to give up, run away, forget. But you didn't. You went ahead, with faith, with hope, with love.

      Quiero que sepas que todo lo que hiciste valió la pena. Que cada paso que diste te acercó a tu destino. Que cada lágrima que derramaste te hizo más fuerte. Que cada risa que compartiste te hizo más feliz.

I want you to know that everything you did was worth it. That every step you took brought you closer to your destination. That every tear you shed made you stronger. That every laugh you shared made you happier.

      Quiero que sepas que eres hermosa, inteligente, especial. Que tienes un don, una pasión, una misión. Que puedes lograr lo que te propongas, que puedes superar lo que te limite, que puedes ser lo que quieras ser.

I want you to know that you are beautiful, intelligent, special. That you have a gift, a passion, a mission. That you can achieve what you set out to do, that you can overcome what limits you, that you can be what you want to be.

      Quiero que sepas que te quiero, que te admiro, que te agradezco. Que eres parte de mí, que eres mi raíz, que eres mi luz. Que sin ti, no sería quien soy hoy.

I want you to know that I love you, that I admire you, that I thank you. That you are part of me, that you are my root, that you are my light. That without you, I wouldn't be who I am today.

      Querida niña que un día fui, te envío un abrazo, un beso, un susurro. Te envío mi gratitud, mi reconocimiento, mi cariño. Te envío mi voz, mi alma, mi corazón.
