FRIENDS STEEMIANS !!! How are you? In this new publication I am going to touch the deep theme of Love, hahaha do not think bad I will not get corny, it's just that I think there are very few sincere loves like that of the parakeets, of the parakeets, if indeed!

The different species of parakeets choose at an early age the couple with whom they will spend the rest of their lives and with whom in each mating season they will put their eggs full of love, and care for them and hatch both sexes. Who has not seen a small house of these little birds giving each other kisses and caresses!

I started with a sketch in graphite, and continued applying color to the smaller elements such as the beak, eyes, legs and small spots of green plumage. Once completed the simplest I continued with the wide spaces such as the orange and blue plumage, culminating the drawing with a green and ocher background, and a mahogany colored wood.

As always in this photo I am in the middle of the creative process.

• A4 paper

• Graphite pencil 2B

• Colored pencils

• Pastel oil chalk

Long ago I did not draw with colors, lately I had dedicated myself only to chiaroscuro and some watercolor, however I have encouraged and I liked the result, I hope that you too. In the following link you can find the image of which I have taken reference for this beautiful drawing:
