The question asks us to find the length of the adjacent side of a right-angled triangle, where the opposite side is 50 meters, and the angle given is 30 degrees.

Since we already know the length of the opposite side and the size of the angle, the next step is to figure out which trigonometric method can help us solve this. After thinking it through, I realized that the tangent ratio is the best fit for this kind of question.
