make jackfruit compote with coconut milk sauce

Hello all vegan lovers, today is the first time I share a post on community@plantpoweronhive, where here we can share the vegan menus and recipes that we have.

and I want to make ripe jackfruit with coconut milk, this has a savory and sweet taste, very suitable as a snack for sweet lovers, this is my and my family's favorite dish, if you are curious, I will share the recipe and several steps for making jackfruit compote coconut cream.

• jackfruit 1 kilo
• salt 2 tablespoons
• 1/5 kg sugar
• 1 coconut
• 3 pandan leaves

Step 1

First, I cleaned the skin of the jackfruit and cut it into two squares or according to taste.

Step 2

We blend the two coconuts and then we will make coconut milk for the compote sauce, we add the squeezed coconut milk into the pan and heat it, then add the pandan leaves,then add salt and sugar

Step 3

Third, when the coconut milk has boiled, then we add the jackfruit, cook for 5 minutes, and adjust the taste, and we have jackfruit compote in coconut milk sauce.
