I don’t think people understand how strategic Trump is with image monetization. I’m not talking about the politics or personality stuff people usually bring up, I mean strictly from the standpoint of revenue generation, the man doesn’t miss a beat.

Nope it wasn’t made from trading either. These aren’t capital gains from flipping tokens, this is brand licensing and monetized attention through crypto-related ventures. I took my time to say that because it changes the framing. Most public figures try to protect their reputation so their business doesn’t suffer. Trump inverts that and he makes the business off the controversy.

That’s why sneakers, cologne, NFTs, and religious books with his name on them each have separate payout lines in the millions. One book called the “Save America” coffee table one pulled $3 million. Yep, publishing revenue without writing a single policy page. Then there’s $100K from NFTs and another $1M from just the licensing rights on top of that.
