Should We Take Laws Into Our Hands

I came across this video in X (formerly known as Twitter).
It was a video of a lady that is being flogged so hard in a grocery store by group of guys.

The incident occurred at Don Maserati Classic Boutique, located at Ultimate Plaza, Broad Street, opposite Tantalizers, Lagos Island.

At first when i came across this video, i was shocked and i felt sympathy for her because i have a sister and i can't imagine my sister being treated this way no matter what. This is pure humiliation, some were videoing her while been flogged.

Must we really take laws into our hands?

The injustice done here cannot be overlooked or ignored, it was a violation of human right, her dignity was shamed. One might wonder what she did to deserve such harsh treatment, i have been wondering same too but the common thought which anyone might also think is stealing.

If it was a guy only God knows what will be his faith.

Some matters are best handled by the police in as much as many has lost faith in police because of corruption in the system. This has lead to many inhuman treatment around the country.
