Construction Diary 006: Polishing of Increte Pavement

In today's article, we will look at polishing of increte pavement

As beautiful as increte pavement may look upon construction, it cannot match its appearance when polished.

The images below explains the process of polishing the pavement.

Some Steps Taken In Polishing Increte Pavement

Step 1:
Grinding and smoothing the rough edges caused by cement splash.

Step 2:
Surface cleaning; this include removal of debris, dirt or sand and ensure the pavement is completely dry.

Step 3
Application of identifier to strengthen the surface and reduce porosity.
