网购的香火等了一个多星期，终于发货收到了。没想到我买了5斤，到货却不到一斤，父母都惊掉了下巴，说5斤的香火怎么才这么点。我赶紧去问店家，店家说是发错货了，让我退换货。我问有没有运费险，他说有。
