This project is an extraordinary project, I like this project. Previously this project already had a logo, but it was less attractive and unprofessional. Then I offered to design a new logo for the project owner. And the project owner likes and accepts it. And also the app from this project can be found on Google Play.

Details

Simple HolyQuran app include:
1- Go to specific sura by Scrolling and click.
2- Go to specific sura by its Num.
3- Go to specific sura by its Name.
4- Save Last Read Sura and Position
5- Search for ayahs or words
6- listen & repeat ayahs
7- test your save of The Quran

This project works under the Apache 2.0 license.

Logo Result

Benefits / Improvements

This logo was created in an elegant and Islamic style. This logo is inspired by the Quran icon (similar to a book being opened), Islamic ornaments and the name of this project. On the look of the new logo, it looks better than the old logo, both in terms of shape, meaning, and color.
The Quran relates to Islam, because of that the Islamic ornament is added to the logo. And in the middle of the logo is added the name of this app 'Qurany', the purpose is to adjust to the old logo. So that old users are familiar with the new logo.

The colors used in this logo are green and yellow. Both colors are related to Islamic art.

And on the logotype, Aharoni fonts are used. Because the character of the font matches the logo.

In the icon launcher for Android, it is designed based on the Android Icon Guidelines.
