Hola y saludos a todos en especial a mi querido doc. de la distancia

@emiliorios, sobre la relaciones futuristas con la IA.

Cuando entro en la lectura del post y lo analizo en el contexto que vivo, igual escucho muchas personas sobre todo los jóvenes con la utilización de la IA para todo,

no dejo de reconocer que su aplicación en muchos campos son de gran beneficio, pero siempre considero, que las relaciones interpersonales son insustituibles aun cuando sea a través de estas plataformas .

Todos reconocemos que la soledad como se dice en buen cubano es mala consejera ,que no es lo mismo tener momentos solos que vivir en soledad, pero en muchos casos cuando estamos sobre todo en depresión ,buscamos las personas que nos dice lo que queremos oír, y no lo que realmente es, eso también pasa.

Los tiempos duros y convulsos que vivimos que van de mano con la tecnología han permitido aumentar la soledad en muchas personas sobre todo los jóvenes por eso es responsabilidad de los adultos, estar al tanto del uso y el tiempo de cada herramienta que ellos utilizan.

Somos nosotros los adultos los que debemos de estar alerta ante cualquier situación de aislamiento ,de aquellos que nos rodean porque no siempre son jóvenes.

Los adultos también caemos en esos estados. En mi caso trato de mantener las relaciones interpersonales como prioridad tanto que mi hija me dice que amanezco hablando hasta con las paredes jjjj.

Mantener un círculo social activo es vital para nuestra edad, compartir un café, un almuerzo con algun amigo y sobre todo poder abrirnos y ser receptivos ante aquello que aunque nos duela nos ayuda a salir de ese estado cuando te lo dice alguien lo que realmente pasa y no lo que quieres oir

@osismi como mi paño de lágrima, pero de risas también sanar la mente es tener un cuerpo agradecido por eso al menos trato de estar conectada con la realidad, con aquellos que realmente me escuchan pero sobre todo que escucho,sus risas sus cuentos,sus abrazos sinceros y cálido.

A veces nos sentimos solos pero no debemos dejar que eso se torne una permanencia, vivimos en muchas ocasiones en familia numerosa y, sin embargo, la persona se siente solo y aislado,pues sencillamente recobra tu lugar, haz escuchar tu voz y criterio y sobre todo comienza valorando, queriendote para que puedas compartir con los demás,que nos fácil, es cierto,

no es facil donde se vive tres generaciones diferentes,pero nadie a dicho que la vida en si es fácil, porque cada ser humano es un mundo, pero debe encuentra la forma de en su sistema galáctico y cosmopolita incluir a otros sistemas

por eso abogo por los niños con juegos al aire libre,con vecinos que su bullicio en muchas ocasiones no me deja espacio a mi soledad y lamentaciones, sin exceder ,que todo exceso es malo.

La IA debe jugar su papel, pero nunca será el de sustituir la calidez de un abrazo y la bondad en el sonido de una palabra que viene del corazón, que solo los humanos podemos transmitir

Hello and greetings to everyone, especially my dear friend @emiliorios, regarding futuristic relationships with AI.

When I read the post and analyze it in my own context, I also hear many people, especially young people, talking about using AI for everything.

I can't deny that its application in many fields is very beneficial, but I always believe that interpersonal relationships are irreplaceable, even if they are through these platforms.

We adults are the ones who must be alert to any situation of isolation among those around us, because they aren't always young.

Adults also fall into these states. In my case, I try to prioritize interpersonal relationships so much that my daughter tells me I wake up talking to the walls.

Maintaining an active social circle is vital at our age. Sharing a coffee or lunch with a friend, and above all, being able to open up and be receptive to things that, even if they hurt, help us move on. It's when someone tells you what's really going on, not what you want to hear.

I have @osismi as my shoulder to cry on, but also a source of laughter. Healing the mind means having a grateful body, so I try to stay connected to reality, to those who truly listen to me, and especially to those I listen to—their laughter, their stories, their sincere and warm hugs.

Sometimes we feel alone, but we shouldn't let that become a permanent state. We often live in large families, and yet, a person can still feel alone and isolated. Simply reclaim your place, make your voice and opinions heard, and above all, start by valuing and loving yourself so you can share with others. It's not easy, that's true.

It's not easy when you live with three different generations, but nobody ever said life itself was easy, because every human being is a world unto themselves. But each person must find a way to include other systems within their own galactic and cosmopolitan system.

That's why I advocate for children playing outdoors, with neighbors whose noise often leaves me no room for solitude and reflection, without going overboard, because all excess is bad.

AI must play its part, but it will never be to replace the warmth of a hug and the kindness in the sound of a word that comes from the heart, which only humans can convey.
