The sincere people always have consistency between what they think and express outside. Unfortunately, this quality is difficult to recognize, you must really spend a lot of time and love to be able to recognize. After all, we often feel disappointed when we do not see that in the opponent.

I have worked with many people, I have many relationships and I always believe that I have the ability to speculate about someone. That excess confidence in my experience made me misjudge many things, made things worse and made an important person hurt.

I'm not a good talkative guy, I like to observe, think and write... but till now I have to admit that saying is extremely important, it is the simplest and most useful communication option. You will not understand without the talk, speak up your thoughts and ask questions to the people you care about, repeat this every day.

I made a few mistakes, almost broke a relationship.
