Learn to ignore problems!
We learned it from a very early age that we should focus on our problem to find out a solution. Think objectively, when you keep your mind busy thinking about your problems, it will bother you most. Especially when we are trying to enhance happiness, it absolutely creates a barrier.
But problems are unavoidable. If you get yourself apart from the rest of the world, maybe you will get a toothache or a bad stomach. Who knows! I'm only giving this example to let you understand that we can't avoid problems but we can choose to temporarily ignore them sometimes.
Prioritize your work, identify what matters most.
Find out what's bothering you and if you can ignore them if you fail to solve it now.
Don't overlap your work with problems. Leave some problem apart.
Relax your mind and boost brain energy.
Make your time to deal with the problem and identify the sources.
Think, how necessary it is to learn to keep aside some problems temporarily. Like when you are giving your best to your workplace and a personal problem pops up. You may not get to solve it right then but if you give the problem time to bother you, it will hamper your work. The same happens to our personal life too. Suppose you are going on a picnic with your family and a sudden job problem arises. You can assign a team or your co-workers to solve it and later when you come back you solve it by yourself.
That's why temporarily ignoring problems is necessary. But it’s not like that we have to keep all our problems apart. Because it’s counterproductive and may kill your productivity. But choose when you need to focus on something necessary and ignore your problems. I hope it's gonna help you!
