Is Nothingness the goal ??

I don't know how many times I asked myself about my existence! I used to wonder why I even living, what impacts I'm creating? These questions lead me to find the purpose of life. And thus helped to find true meaning of my life, my existence. But this thing is so complicated to let others understand. Because we all have a different perspective on life. So, what I feel and believe wouldn't match with you and may not help you.

That's why generalizing would be very wrong. But one thing I can assure you if we can learn nothingness, we wouldn't have any fear to miss anything, fall apart and maybe will find our true self.

Meeting our desires in life is the goal, right? Then why sometimes we can't feel fulfilled after having all we wish for? Maybe because we miss the peace of mind, being thyself and knowing the true meaning of life. That's when we need to learn 'Nothingness'. It's a way to find our true self, apart from our social title, family name or anything.

There are different ways which can help us to practice nothingness. You may hear that the goal of meditation is to pursue the nothingness feeling. Also, being mindful, present and consciously observe our surroundings, feelings, and emotions helps a lot. Another thing can help which we may find difficult to practice. And that is disconnecting with materialistic things and connecting with our inner self. Like staying apert from our phone or office work for a while.

It's not easy to feel nothing at all, it's harder to achieve nothingness and find our true self without making any connection with anything. It's not about staying apart from everything. But it's about connecting with thyself. Give it a try, it will help a lot to reclaim your true self.
