Re-invest whatever earnings you can and let it grow itself for you.

2. Don't spam and don't beg whales for upvotes. Try to comment on as many other people's stuff as possible, but meaningful. Or if you want to abuse the system just put in a decent amount of capital. It could go down further in the bear market. Still long-term a nice buy if you know how to use it right
