How to Cook Red Spinach with Love
Cooking stir-fried vegetables or clear gravy is a very simple and easy way to cook. This is a saencpba for cooking by sautéing red spinach vegetables from the color of the vegetables, it is very appetizing, considering the texture of the vegetables is soft and salary.
When I first come to the market, I don't think of buying this spinach, because this red spinach is often rare in the market and that color pattern is what got me interested in cooking today. I think later I will eat rice with this stir-fried spinach sauce with the color of the sauce like syrup...
The ingredients:
The stages of cooking or sautéing are very simple. First, we cut the spinach into pieces so that the spinach is ready to be washed clean. As a seasoning for stir-frying I only use:
- one ripe tomato
- two local onions
- three green chilies
- one piece of garlic
- and a little ginger.
I chopped all kinds of spices into small pieces for stir-frying. By using 5 tablespoons of cooking oil.
How to cook it:
Find a container for sautéing, such as a saucepan, then add cooking oil or other oil that can be used for sauteing a lot of it. After the oil is hot and you can sauté the chopped spices until the spices are cooked, add a little water. Before adding the spinach, make sure the spices are boiling and then add the spinach. To be delicious, add salt to taste and also flavoring. The stir-fried red spinach broth is cooked and ready to serve.
This is a simple dish and I think everyone can cook this red spinach. But, I wonder why most children don't want to eat vegetables? Even though at an early age it is highly recommended to eat vegetables because there are indeed a lot of benefits contained in vegetables, especially this red spinach vegetable.
