Today I made a creative catapult, have you ever seen, made, and played a catapult? Oh of course this slingshot must be familiar to children who live in rural areas like in my area, when I was little I always played slingshot almost every day I brought a slingshot wherever I went as well as other children my age before, slingshots can be a weapon for us who are environmentally friendly

Along with the development of technology, today's children no longer like slingshots and this traditional game, they tend to know more about game games on Android, even though this slingshot is very useful if played can train the ability to shoot targeted objects and train the level of focus and accuracy and train hand muscles so that they are not easily tremored, I think the slingshot game is more exciting than android games

To maintain the sustainability of this traditional tool I will make it and promote it on this platform so that this slingshot is known globally, let's do it now the materials I need to make a slingshot:

1. knife
2. small Y-shaped wood
3. rubber
4. kalep (bullet holder, made of leather)

These simple materials can be found around us, now let's go to the manufacturing stage

stage 1

First of all, I tidied up the wood that was shaped (Y) the wood I got didn't have a perfect shape so I had to polish it and tidy it up so that it looked clean, the same size and had the shape that I wanted, then at the end of the rubber binding place I made a kind of barrier so that the rubber wouldn't come off when installed, for more details see the picture below

sorry it's raining where I am so I can't stay outside for long and this is also a big challenge for me, now we will go to the assembly stage

stage 2

Now I will tie a long rubber on both sides of the slingshot, to tie it I use a small rubber tie, oh yeah, I took this long rubber from a used motorcycle inner tube, you can also use a valve rubber sold in a bicycle shop, the harder the rubber used, the more it affects the strength of the slingshot itself, let's see image

When tying it, make sure both sides are balanced and straight, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of a slingshot,

stage 3

We make a hole in the kalep (bullet holder) on both sides to insert the long rubber and tie it tightly so that it doesn't come loose, what must be considered when tying it is the balance between the two sides to produce steady performance when using it

We have completed all the stages in making a slingshot, now we have a slingshot

It doesn't feel complete if I don't practice how to use this slingshot, I will try it first, take a small stone as a bullet

Hold the slingshot with your right hand facing up, then insert the stone into the kalep (bullet holder) then aim it at the target that has been locked, pull the rubber sufficiently, then throw the bullet, see the picture of me practicing it

Nb: be careful when using a slingshot, make sure the front is not there are humans and make sure your grip is strong and stable, don't hurt people and hurt yourself,
