Hola Feliz Noche para todos ❤️ deseo que estén super bien, llenos de buena salud y mucho amor... Hoy les traigo una nueva receta dulce, es una deliciosa merienda que prepare para mis niños, la realice en 1 2 3 fue muy rápida y práctica, lleva pocos ingredientes y así la hice:

Utilicé:

2 cambures
2 tazas de avena en hojuelas
1 cucharada de miel
1 cucharada de mantequilla
1 cucharadita de vainilla
Canela al gusto
Chispas o chocolate en trozos

Paso a paso:

Primero triture los cambures, agregue la mantequilla y mezcle con una espátula.

Luego, agregue la avena, la miel, vainilla y canela; mezcle e incorpore un poco más de avena porque sentí la mezcla muy líquida

Finalicé agregando trozos de chocolate que tenía aquí, sobrantes de las cobertura de mini donas (aquí en esta casa nada se pierde) 😂

Integre todo y listo....

Forme galletitas con ayuda de una cuchara grande y con mis manos aplane un poco, la coloque en una bandeja con papel de cocina. Sino tienes puedes puedes agregar mantequilla y harina en una bandeja y listo

Lleve al horno que estaba previamente caliente a 180° durante 20 minutos.

Lo siento el bombillo del horno se quemó 😱

Pasado el tiempo las saque del horno y dejé enfriar.. así quedaron bellas y extremadamente deliciosas. Mañana haré más 😂 porque no quedo nada...
