🤍 Learning To Smile Again

Lately, life has been teaching me how quickly everything can change.

Some days I feel strong, focused, independent — like I can carry the whole world on my shoulders. And other days, grief appears out of nowhere, reminding me that no matter how mature or prepared we are, losing someone we love changes something inside us forever.

Today I decided to get dressed, put on my favorite hat, and simply try to reconnect with myself again. Not because everything is okay… but because I know life keeps moving, even when our hearts still need time to catch up.

I think healing is strange like that.

You laugh while still feeling sadness.
You move forward while carrying memories.
You smile, even when part of you is still hurting.

And maybe that’s what strength really looks like in real life — not pretending nothing hurts, but continuing anyway.

So today I’m choosing softness, sunlight, and a small smile for myself. One step at a time. 🤍
