🎵 Santa Qs Is Coming To Town 🎄🎅

Hey everyone! It’s Q here, the mascot for the Your Top 3 Contest, but you can call me Santa Qs for this final occasion before me and my 4 trusty reindeer go on a little break in 2021 😉

However, there’s still the small matter of revealing this month’s, quarter’s and YEAR’s champions from what has been an Oscar Winning contest on the HIVE blockchain if I do say so myself!

In the last 21 months, there have been nearly 700 nominations from you awesome Top 3ers who got involved, sharing your stories of the various topics and I’ve loved reading every one of them! Some of you received great support from curation guilds and although I’ve handed out over $300 of prizes to you, the main thing was always about the engagement and social camaraderie between everyone and I feel this was a roaring success!

So thank you to everyone who took part and embraced the spirit of the contest, you are all winners! Now it’s time to reach into my special Santa Qs “SaQ of Goodies” and see who has been a good little boy or girl this year with a run down of all the leagues!

Monthly Contest Results

As this is an open door contest, I like to use dpoll to let ALL of YOU vote for your choices from the nominations that have come in from those who entered. I then assign points to those voting positions and add up the three nominations for each contestant to make a final league table.

Q4 League Winners

My personal “Q’s League” that runs every quarter involves some revolutionary mathematics to give points to those who finished outside the Top 3 in the regular monthly contest. These points build up each month and contribute to that quarter’s points total.

Those who finish in the Top 3 of the Quarterly Leagues will get HBD prizes too. So don’t despair if you didn’t win the big monthly prizes, there’s a chance to win with the quarterly leagues!

And so, with this being the end of Q4, it’s time to announce the winners! Here’s how the final Q4 League looks like:

Champion’s League Winners

Ah, the Champions League, grandest of them all! This is what everyone has been looking forward to at the end of the year, where all the points accumulated from each month throughout the calendar year have been totted up with HBD prizes given to those that finish in the Top 3.

I’d argue most importantly though, you get to be crowned Your Top 3 Champion and have the ultimate bragging rights! Here’s how the final Champions League looks at the end of 2020:

Well, my wallet is completely cleaned out now so no S-Q-ooge McDuck here! What a way to wrap up this contest with a huge giveaway of goodies but all that leaves me to say is thank you for being with me on this epic journey and being involved in the contest.

Your Top 3 Contest Mascot
